In building off the 2013 information technology (IT) skill’s gap forum, the Center’s director, Maureen Majury, presented research compiled from the forum, as well as new research on technology trends, workforce demand, and the importance of soft (or, employability skills), for Microsoft IT Academy and Insight’s 2013 program.
