Seattle Central Community College
About: Seattle Central Community College’s I-BEST programs allow English as a second language (ESL) and/or adult basic education (ABE) students to also enroll in professional-technical courses to earn college credits and achieve a certificate. I-BEST classes pair ESL and Adult Basic Education and GED instructors with professional–technical instructors in the same classroom to provide low–skilled adults with both literacy education and workforce skills.
