SharePoint for Students: Three Free Copies

(opens in a new window) One of our CoE advisory board members, Steve Fox, has just published SharePoint for Students, 2012 edition.

From Amazon this product description: “In today’s online working environment, many businesses use Microsoft® SharePoint—the industry’s leading collaboration tool. To help readers gain the SharePoint skills that these businesses are looking for from future employees, SharePoint for Students teaches the fundamental concepts and skills needed to successfully collaborate and solve business problems.”

Steve has generously donated three copies.  The first three educators or students who requested a free copy courtesy of Steve Fox, Prentice Hall and Pearson (pearsonhighered.edu) and the Center of Excellence for Information and Computing Technology were sent one.  The three educators/students to receive them are:

  • Kathleen Armstrong, a Bellevue College student
  • Christine Cheng, Truman Career Center
  • Gail Dugan, Renton Technical College

Congratulations to all three!
